Xp heittää kuperkeikan yllättäen ja ilmoitus tulee seuraavanlainen:

Jos siis sininen ruutu ei jää näkyviin niin oman tietokoneen päällä oikea hiiri ja properties ja sitten Advanced välilehti ja Startup and Recovery kohdasta Settings ja sitten Automatically restart kohdasta ruksi pois. Tämän jälkeen tuo sininen ruutu jää näkyviin ja toivottavasti myös näkyy tiedostonimi, josta voi sitten google avulla kaivaa mistä laitteesta on kyse.
