There are marked floor tiles leading to a massive door, so walk them in the H pattern. They're essentially a 3x3 grid, with an extra tile hanging off the lower right. Start there, walk forward to the last tile, back up one tile and walk across to the other side, turn left and step on the lower-left tile, turn around and walk to the upper-right tile. The colors will shift around while you are walking, but the door will open when you complete the H. Your party members won't follow you, because you automatically go solo in the sequencer room.
