Jeps elikkä käyttis on Windows vista (yllätys yllätys :D ) Ja on sellainen ongelma,että varsinkin kun kone on ollut pitkään päällä se ei sammu millään sammuta painikkeesta eikä käynnisty uudellee vaan pitää lätkästä virtanapista kiinni. Painan sammuta napista ja mitään ei tapahtu vaan sen jälkeen ei saa mitään ohjelmaa auki... Ei edes tehtävienhallinta aukea. Kellot ynnä muut pyörii mutta mitään ei saa auki ja ei auta kun virtanapista sammuttaa. Missä vika mahtaa olla? Apua tarvittaisiin,kiitos :)
On kyllä malttamatonta. Itsekin olen joutunut odottamaan viikkoja vastauksia ja toiset repivät housunsa kun ei heti saada vastausta (en sisällytä tähän nyt digiboksi-ongelmaani). Kumminkin, tässä pieni lainaus Driverheavenin-foorumilta:

3) Use Safe Mode and Boot log* to Identify the Cause of the Shutdown Behavior. When you start your computer in safe mode, only a minimal set of essential drivers and services is loaded. Safe mode is a useful diagnostic tool to use when you want to identify and resolve problems that are caused by faulty drivers, programs, or services that start automatically. If the computer shuts down correctly when it is in safe mode, restart the computer in safe mode, and then open the boot log file, and then make a note of the devices and services that did not load when you started your computer in safe mode.

you should enable Boot log via msconfig before going into safe mode.
Boot log stores all information from the boot process in the file Ntbtlog.txt, which is by default located in the %SystemRoot% folder.

En nyt alkanut kääntämään tuota koska olen laiska ja oletan että 13-vuotias osaa englantia. Oletan siis että olet 13-vuotias koska laitoit nimimerkkiisi 94-leiman (mikä ei muuten ole viisasta, tunnen monia jotka eivät auta pelkästään sen takia että nimimerkissä on +90-ikäleima).
Lainaus, alkuperäisen viestin kirjoitti nurmoosta: Vistassa ei se punainen nappi ole oletusarvoisesti sammutus. Virranhallinnasta saa valittua mitä vista tekee...nappuloista...
Kun lukee tuon ensimmäisen viestin, niin mielestämi tästä ei ole kysymys ollenkaan.
En tiedä, tämä on puhdasta arvailua, mutta jäisikö joku ohjelma jumittamaan niin, ettei sitten sammutusta tapahdu. Itselläni ei ole moisesta kokemusta.
Ei ei ei ja ei... En ole yrittänytkään painaa konetta siitä kiinni,vaan siitä lukonkuvan viestä se sivulle osottavaasta nuolesta ja siitä sammuta. HUOM: Alussa kun sain koneen niin sammutusongelmaa ei edes ollut.
