Once downloaded, open up the program, it will take about a few seconds or more to load the shell files.

Now your list of files will be in category.

The main categories to focus on is "Extension Name" and "Type".

In "Type" you are to focus on the "Context Menu" files.

First step is to disable all the shell files in the list of "Context Menu". Then try right clicking folders, files, even the Start Menu-- You might notice the difference.

Then go back and enable one by one the shell files from the "Context Menu" until you find out which file is causing the problem. Most likely it will end up being a program that has been installed in your computer.

Once you found the buggy program, go to add/remove programs and remove it.
