Kai nuo voisi yrittää jotenkuten suomentaa. Ohjeet voi tulostaa varmuuden vuoksi.
Älä sammuta tai uudelleenkäynnistä konetta flashauksen aikana
Muista, ettei flashauksen epäonnistuessa emolevystä tulee kätyttökelvoton.
BIOS päivitys kestää n. 20 sekunttia. Kun BIOS päivitys on onnistunut, katso monitoristasi flashauksen onnistuneen - vasta sitten voit sammuttaa tietokoneesi.
Sammuttamisen jälkeen ota virtakaapeli irti PSU paikasta ja puhdista CMOS asetukset emolevyn käyttöohjeiden mukaisesti.
Laita virtakaapeli koneeseen ja käynnistä kone. Paina F1 kun tulee ilmoitus "CMOS Checksum error - Defaults loaded".
Tämän jälkeen käynnistä uudestaan, mene BIOS:een ja paina "Load BIOS Optimized Default Settings".
Valitse "Save and exit".
Kun tietokone käynnistyy uudestaan, voit mennä BIOS:iin ja säätää asetukset itsellesi sopiviksi.
Mitään suomennoksen arvosteluja tuskin tarvitaan. Ohjeet on siis käännetty seuraavasta:

Remember, a loss of electrical power, a PC crash, or a reboot during the
flash process will result in a bad flash and prevent booting ?
resulting in an unusable state.
The BIOS Update will take around 20 seconds.
After the BIOS update has finished, check the monitor for confirmation
that the flash was successfull--0nly then do you turn off your computer.
After turning off your computer, unplug the power cable from the
PSU and clear the CMOS settings according to the instructions
in the motherboard manual.
Re-connect the AC cord to the power supply and turn on the PC.
(Let it begin to make a full post in order to rebuild the DMI pool Data).
Hit "F1" when you see "CMOS Checksum error - Defaults loaded"
After that, reboot the system and go into BIOS where you click on
"Load BIOS Optimized Default Settings".
Choose "Save and exit".
When it reboots again you can go back into the bios and make
the custom settings that you want to use.

This tool has also been designed to make a backup of your existing BIOS.
The backup has been created in case you need to do a BIOS recovery.
In the flash drive, you'll see file named BACKUP.BIN in
your flash drive's root folder.
e.g. X:\BACKUP.BIN
If a bad flash does occur, you will need to perform a BIOS recovery.
The procedure for a bios recovery is:
For an AMI bios:
1. Rename your backup AMI BIOS file(BACKUP.BIN) to
AMIBOOT.ROM and save it on a floppy disk
2. Insert this floppy disk in the floppy drive.Turn On the system and
press and hold Ctrl-Home to force update. It will read the
AMIBOOT.ROM and recover the BIOS from the A drive.
3. When 4 beeps are heard you may remove the floppy disk
and restart PC. NOTE: Use PS2 keyboard.
For AWARD:
1. Make a bootable floopy disk and copy Award flash utility & BIOS file
2. Create an autoexec.bat with text inside "Award_Flash_Utility Biosname"
in the content (e.g. awdfl823K w6378vms.130) then save changes.
3 Boot up system with the said floppy (it will take less than 2 minutes,
before screen comes out) re-flash the BIOS & reboot.
